Hobgood Baseball hosts several travel and all-star tournaments throughout the year.
Hobgood Baseball Standard Refund Policy*
- If a team pays their entry fee and drops out more than 10 days prior to the tournament start date a 100% refund will be given.
- If a team pays their entry fee and drops out 10 days or less prior to the tournament start date no refund will be given.
- Entry Fees are divided into the number of games guaranteed for each event. The standard number of guaranteed games is 3 unless otherwise noted.
- If the number of guaranteed games are not played due to weather or any other acts of God, a refund will be given for the number of guaranteed games not played minus a $100.00 administration fee.
- If a team does not play their number of guaranteed games due to rule violations, no refund will be given.
- If a tournament is cancelled due to weather or other acts of God, a refund will be given in the amount of the entry fee minus a $100.00 administration fee. Please keep in mind there are expenses that have to be paid whether a tournament is played or not.
